ETH Zürich has brought its most famous alumnus—and one of the world’s greatest minds—back to life in a way you’ve never experienced before.

Meet Digital Einstein — an animated Albert Einstein, ready to chat, answer your questions, and perhaps spark your curiosity. This innovative platform uses state-of-the-art tech to create a one-on-one conversation with Einstein. Be surprised by his insights, inspired by the technology behind him, and maybe even amused by his sense of humor.

This innovative platform was developed by ETH Zürich’s Prof. Dr. Markus Gross, the Computer Graphics Lab with creators Dr. Rafael Wampfler, Chen Yang, Philine Witzig, and Nikola Kovacevic, and the ETH spin-off Animatico.
