What it means and how you utilize a canvas as a team building tool for your research group
Research is supposed to be innovative. It works iteratively and collaboratively. However, the framework in which research is conducted is often pretty inflexible.
We introduce you to the basic principles of New Work as an attitude to help you dealing with this challenge. We discuss how these principles can be best adapted for an academic setting.
Get to know one New Work tool: Our New Work in Science canvas. It originally stems from organizational development and we show you how to specifically use the canvas to start building sustainable team structures.
