CAROLINA PLAZA - RODRIGUEZ

Dr. Carolina Plaza Rodriguez studied Veterinary Medicine and Food Science and Technology at the University of Cordoba (Spain). Since 2013 she works at the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) in the department Epidemiology, Zoonoses and Antimicrobial Resistance. From 2019 she is responsible for the management, analysis and reporting of antimicrobial resistance data from animals and food in Germany, both at national and international level. She is part of the Scientific Network for Zoonoses Monitoring Data from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
