Science Talks on the Inspiration Stage
Quick-fire talks on today’s most exciting scientific discoveries.
New this year is the Inspiration Stage, featuring short popular science talks on topics ranging from inequality research and healthy ageing to quantum physics. These TED-talk style sessions offer a window into today’s cutting-edge research and connect you with the emerging voices driving Berlin’s and the international science scene. You’ll have the chance to ask your own questions and engage with ideas that challenge your thinking and expand your ways of seeing the world.
From biology to sociology, mathematics to history, these talks bring together diverse perspectives and unexpected insight. Reflecting this year’s theme, Beyond Now, the Inspiration Stage celebrates discovery, imagination, and the future of knowledge.
LINEUP 2025
Each block features four inspiring short talks, opening up fresh perspectives on the theme, followed by space for questions and exchange. The language of the title reflects the language the talk will take place in.
SEE YOU THERE
- Date: 1-2 November 2025
- Location: CAMPUS at Museum für Naturkunde Berlin on the 1st floor.
- Admissions: Drop in and out as you like: doors open at 10:30 and close at 17:30. No need for reservations or tickets. Talks take place every 15 minutes and are grouped into blocks of four. Each block concludes with a 20-minute Meet the Scientists session: a chance to chat, ask questions, and get to know the researchers in an informal setting.
