Move. Think. Create. The Walking Mind

ICN Berlin Business School

Discover how walking sparks creativity. Experience simple exercises that turn movement, observation, and curiosity into fresh ideas.

Move. Think. Create. The Walking Mind is a 90 to 120 minute event that invites visitors to discover how walking can change the way they think.

The event starts from a simple question: What happens to our ideas when we stop sitting still and start moving?

Participants will experience short walking exercises, observation prompts, and creative tasks that connect body, mind, and environment. They will notice details around them, follow unexpected associations, exchange impressions with others, and transform what they observe into ideas, questions, or small creative concepts.

The added value for visitors is direct and practical. They will leave with simple methods they can use in everyday life, study, work, teaching, or team settings whenever they feel stuck, need fresh ideas, or want to approach a problem differently. The event shows that creativity is not only a talent or a mental skill. It is something people can activate through movement, attention, curiosity, and embodied experience.

The format is playful, reflective, and easy to join. No prior knowledge is needed. Visitors should come if they want to experience science in motion, discover a new way of thinking, and learn how an ordinary walk can become a creative method.
