Dr. Elisabeth Holuscha holds a PhD in Organizational Sociology (University of Marburg) and has extensive experience in internationalizing academic structures. She has worked with science organizations to develop strategies, secure third-party funding, and build global partnerships. Her career includes leadership roles at Project Management Jülich (PtJ) and TH Köln’s International Affairs office, with assignments in New York and São Paulo for UAS7. Additionally, she has collaborated with DAAD in international higher education marketing and served as a reviewer, speaker, and moderator in numerous academic forums.
