Dr. Claudia Coral is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Agri-Food Chain Management Group at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany, where she earned her PhD in Agricultural Sciences and Agricultural Economics. Previously, she worked as a researcher at the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) in the Land Use and Governance research area. Her research focuses on social justice in territorial and agri-food systems, with particular attention to land-use change, its historical and cultural drivers, global agri-food value chains, sustainability standards, agri-food social movements, and governance responses to extractivism. She examines these issues as deeply interconnected phenomena shaping territories, resource control, sustainability, and integrity across agri-food systems.
