Science Slam on Research Data Management - going wild with AI
You wonder what happens with the data in research? You think that is a rather boring topic and completely impossible to explain at a party? We found a solution: We hand that to an AI, prompt in unexpected ways, ask for some funny elements, and take the results to stage.
Our slammers use artificial intelligence as a genuine creative partner — not a shortcut, but a collaborator. Our topic is research data management, the format is short and gloriously unpredictable, and the mood is somewhere between a TED Talk and a stand-up night. Every speaker teams up with an AI tool in a process of real co-creation: They feed it their slam idea, push it somewhere unexpected, and slam what comes back.
Enjoy the presentations, learn by laughing, and vote the winner slam: Which one is most funny and valuable?
This event is presented in collaboration with Germany's National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) — the network of over 300 research institutions shaping how science handles its most valuable asset: data.
