Tabea Rauscher is an award-winning Creative Lead with over 20 years of experience in visual identity, brand strategy, integrated communication, and corporate culture. She currently leads a Creative Team at EMBL, Europe’s life sciences laboratory, where she fosters the power of design and communication across EMBL’s six sites in five countries and beyond. Tabea has a proven track record of engaging with leaders and stakeholders to deliver innovative approaches in brand strategy, visual storytelling in science, and employer branding.

Tabea is also an inspiring lecturer, trainer, and consultant, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of brilliant minds.
