Berlin Science Week invites science-driven organisations, cultural institutions, and independent initiatives to become part of the festival programme by hosting their own event.

TWO OPTIONS TO ORGANISE AN EVENT:

1. Festival Hubs

Host your event or exhibition stand in one of our central venues – CAMPUS or FORUM – and connect with a diverse audience in a vibrant, curated festival environment. Your event will benefit from a full production package, including full technical support and integrated communications support. A participation fee applies to cover these professional services.

2. City-Wide Programme

Plan and organise your event independently at a location of your choice anywhere in Berlin – whether at your institution, a partner venue, or in public space. This format offers maximum flexibility and creative freedom, with no participation fee. All organisational aspects are managed by you.
