Dr. Irina Nalis is a psychologist, interdisciplinary researcher and curator, working to develop transformation psychology as a field connecting psychological research with societal change. She brings individual capacities into dialogue with collective efficacy and systems design: how can people, organisations and societies learn to navigate uncertainty, work with contradictions and shape desirable futures? Her work spans AI and Digital Humanism at TU Wien, regenerative urban development with Mostlikely Architecture, and the discourse programme of Elevate Festival and teaching at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. She also serves on Austria’s Creative Industries Council and chairs the association GiN, supporting self-determination and inclusion for people with disabilities. Across these settings, Irina works to make psychology available as a resource for transformative change.
