Extended Programme: Japanese‐German Symposium on Applications of Quantum Computers

Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Foundation, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Keio University Tokyo

Take the chance to meet leading experts in the field of quantum computation and learn more about current developments in this field

The goal of this symposium is to outline the state-of-the-art of quantum computation and existing challenges concerning potential disruptive applications. A focus lies on quantum computing activities in Germany and Japan. Invited experts from both countries will share insights into challenges, progress and future perspectives. The discussion will center around the realization of scalable quantum processors, error correction mechanisms, and the integration of quantum computers into existing systems. The symposium emphasizes the 30st anniversary of the Berlin-Tokyo city partnership.
