Tuany Gabriela Hoffmann

Tuany Gabriela Hoffmann holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Blumenau (FURB, Brazil). She has worked as a research engineer and adjunct professor at FURB, focusing on food preservation, refrigeration systems, and technological packaging. She is currently a PhD researcher at Humboldt University of Berlin (HU Berlin, Germany) and a scientist at the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB, Germany) in the Department Systems Process Engineering. She also serves as a committee member of the Young Professionals Network of the European Society of Agricultural Engineers (EurAgEng).
