Subhangi Subedi

Dr. Subhangi Subedi is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She is one of the 2022 Awardees of the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD). She has established her own research laboratory, called the ‘Functional Nanomaterials Processing Lab.’ With the grant received from OWSD, she is mentoring nearly a dozen undergraduate and graduate students. Her current research project focuses on using Carbon Quantum Dots as a Fluorescent Probe to detect and control environmental threats. Subhangi Subedi is a part of the Female Science Talents 2024 Intensive Track programme.
