Marcin Ratajczak is a serial entrepreneur and currently the co-founder and CEO of Inuru. Under his leadership, Inuru has revolutionized OLED manufacturing by replacing complex and capital-intensive vacuum processes with printing techniques. The result is a paper-thin light and display technology that enables any object to communicate with users. The company’s vision is to develop reusable packaging with displays, promoting a shift from a throwaway society to a circular economy. Despite his deep involvement in product and technology development, he does not have a traditional scientific background. He earned his MBA in Berlin and later studied physics out of passion. Before founding Inuru, he worked as a building cleaner, a job that evolved into a family business with around 120 employees. Additionally, he led a staffing company and an online platform for boats and boating accessories.
