Lene Krogh Jeppesen works on a question that never gets old: How do public organisations build the capacity to change — and make it stick?
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of public sector development, cross-sector collaboration and organisational change, she brings both a strategic perspective and hands-on practice to the table. As a consultant and adviser, she helps public organisations move from ambition to action — through facilitation, concept development, evaluation and strategic sparring.
Lene has spent a decade at CO-PI, Denmark’s centre for public-private innovation, building networks, developing methods, and connecting practitioners across sectors and borders. She is a regular facilitator at the Creative Bureaucracy Festival, a co-host of the podcast Innovatører, and has hosted 30+ digital Innovation Cafés — always with a bias towards concrete experience over hype.
For Lene, lasting change requires three things: seeing why it matters, building the capacity to act, and embedding it in culture. She calls it mind shift, skill shift, culture shift.
When she’s not facilitating workshops or designing processes for change, you’ll find her swimming in the Copenhagen harbour all year round and stopping at any playground she passes to play around and get stronger.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle von öffentlicher Sektorentwicklung, sektorübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und organisationalem Wandel verbindet sie strategische Perspektive mit praxisnaher Erfahrung. Als Beraterin und Mentorin unterstützt sie öffentliche Organisationen dabei, von Ambitionen ins Handeln zu kommen – durch Facilitation, Konzeptentwicklung, Evaluation und strategisches Sparring.
Lene hat ein Jahrzehnt bei CO-PI verbracht, Dänemarks Zentrum für öffentlich-private Innovation, wo sie Netzwerke aufgebaut, Methoden entwickelt und Praktiker aus verschiedenen Sektoren und Ländern miteinander verbunden hat. Sie ist regelmäßige Facilitatorin beim Creative Bureaucracy Festival, Co-Gastgeberin des Podcasts Innovatører und hat über 30 digitale Innovations-Cafés moderiert – stets mit einem klaren Fokus auf konkrete Erfahrung statt Hype.
