Lena Wesemann

Lena has spent her career moving between archaeological excavations, museum collections, and international research projects on artificial intelligence (AI). She currently works as a science manager at Freie Universität Berlin, coordinating the SCRIPTS Forum to facilitate research debates on digital political order, AI, and societal change. Previously, she studied early human society, researching Palaeolithic archaeology and the representation of human evolution in Chinese museums. Across these diverse fields, her work is driven by a consistent curiosity about how humans create knowledge, tell stories, and imagine the future.
