Hillary Briffa

Dr. Hillary Briffa is a Senior Lecturer in National Security Studies at King's College London and an Academic Chair of the Circle U. Climate Hub. She researches the security of small states and the nexus of climate and defence. At Circle U., she works across disciplines to design active learning initiatives that bridge academia, policy, and practice, helping participants connect everyday choices to global climate action.
