Francesca Bria

Francesca Bria is an economist and technology policy expert working on European digital sovereignty and public-interest technology, and former Chief Technology Officer of the City of Barcelona. She is a member of the European Innovation Council Board and of the New European Bauhaus Expert Group, Honorary Professor at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, and founder of the EuroStack Initiative. With José Luis de Vicente she co-directs the Archipelago of Possible Futures.
