Fernanda Parente is a curator and cultural producer working at the intersection of digital cultures, immersive media, and international collaboration. For over a decade, she has developed innovative formats across physical, digital and hybrid spaces, collaborating with organisations such as re:publica, the Goethe-Institut and the German Federal Foreign Office. From 2019 to 2022, she co-founded the studio for digitality Rosy DX. Most recently, she led GoetheVRsum, a virtual world initiative setting a cultural exchange standard across 98 countries and co-developed the seminar Artistic Practice in the Metaverse at the Berlin University of the Arts. Currently, she contributes to Ars Electronica, shaping content and narrative for the festival's international program. Since 2026, she has also served as a Member of the Expert Commission on Digital Culture at the Zürich Film Foundation.
