Dinara Nazarova is a Doctor of Architecture and a Professor in the Department of Urban Planning at the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Her expertise lies in sustainable architecture and urban planning, focusing on integrating traditional environmental, climatic, and regional aspects into modern solutions. As a national consultant, Dinara works with the UNDP's Low-Carbon Housing Project and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank, contributing to developing green building regulations in Uzbekistan. She has also been a visiting professor at Potsdam University of Applied Sciences (2023-2024) and Politecnico di Torino (2023), and has lectured at Bauhaus University Weimar (2022).
