Daniela is a multilingual professional, with +19 years of experience in Europe and a background in behavioral science.

Applying culturally aware approaches to human behavior for more ethical engagement, she helps organizations transform their perceptions and actions towards a more inclusive world. Daniela’ specialism is in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory at the executive Level and she is also an experienced Lecturer in Higher Education and an international corporate Speaker.

Through her training, she evokes the importance of exploring the different perceptions of the brain (thus of the unconscious) towards the other through sensory, introspective and active listening activities. A profound and effective way to create meaningful connections, to release curiosity and to awaken perceptions with empathy and authenticity.

Daniela has presented at many international events and organisations and her clients include FIA (Féderation International Automobile), AECOM, Trane Technology, Bristol Meyers Squib, West Pharm, Nelson’s, Heineken and Michigan State University.

Daniela is an expert that inspires her work on behavioural science aiming to help individuals and organisations transform and evolve the way they perceive and act on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Daniela has advised +300 executives and trained +5000 individuals on these topics on 3 continents.

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, English, French and Spanish. Currently exploring the Arabic language.

Community Engagement

Daniela’s community work grows from her belief in collective care and solidarity. She works alongside Palestinian social entrepreneurs and innovators in Gaza and the West Bank, amplifying their calls for justice through sustainable solutions. With the Syrian-led Let’s Read Project by Asmaa Rashed, she is part of a committed team implementing educational solutions for young Syrians. At SINGA Bordeaux, she co-creates with displaced individuals building new futures, rejecting top-down "expertise," learning and sharing tools for self-determined leadership. While in the Human Library, she transforms dialogue into collective unlearning of biases. This isn’t about "giving voice" but rejecting the colonial gaze that demands trauma performances.

This mirrors her DEI work as a Social Justice & Equity advisor: challenging power structures, redistributing resources, and treating equity as a practice—not a performance. Whether in institutions or grassroots spaces, her approach remains the same: center those most impacted, and disrupt systems, not just discourse.

Every collaboration asks: Who holds power here? Her work exists to redistribute it—whether through material resources, platform access, or refusing to let oppression be debated as abstraction.

Ethics is my compass. Grounded in DEI, I uphold integrity in a world that too often compromises it—not with words alone, but with accountable action, humility, and relentless belief in collective transformation.
