Bonu Azizova is a Doctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Berlin, focusing on "Low-carbon Uzbek homes." She holds a PhD in Architecture from Tashkent University, specializing in preserving Khiva's historical environment. Her roles include Head of Department at the Institute for Labour Market Researches (2022), Task Manager at UNDP Uzbekistan (2021), Chief Architect at Forze Alp, and Assistant Professor at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. She has published extensively on energy efficiency and sustainable urban development. Currently, she is a Research Associate at HNEE - Eberswalde University, working on the VEGERA project to improve building energy efficiency using renewable agroforestry resources.
