The mathematician Dr. Alexandra Quitmann is working as a postdoc at the University La Sapienza in Rome. In 2023, she completed her doctorate in Berlin at the Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis and Stochastics (WIAS) with a thesis on “Phase transitions in random loop models”. She studied in Münster, where she did her bachelor's and master's degrees.
