Alberto Nuñez Bendinelli

Alberto Nunez Bendinelli completed his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the IQS in Barcelona. He then completed a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Regensburg in Germany. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Prof. Burkhard König's research group. His research focuses on developing new pesticides activated by sunlight that are effective against resistant organisms, with the ultimate aim of achieving more environmentally friendly and sustainable crop protection. He was recently awarded the Journeyers Award by the AGRO division of the American Chemical Society.
