Aissatou Ndiaye

Dr. Aissatou Ndiaye holds a PhD in climate and energy. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair for Regional Climate and Hydrology at the University of Augsburg, Germany. Aissatou is working on promoting solar energy integration by developing an energy meteorological forecast system that provides solar irradiance forecasts for the renewable energy sector. She also works as a consultant. She has provided consultancy services to the EU Global Technical Assistance Facility (EU-GTAF) since 2022, within the framework of the projects “Modeling of the African Continental Masterplan” and “African Single Electricity Market”.
