Neuroaesthetics: A Return to Enriched Sensory Experiences In a Time of Digital Saturation

Saskia Wheeler

What if sensory immersion was not just enrichment, but a pathway to collective healing and wellbeing? Explore how Neuroaesthetics can help to restore human connection.

At a time when most of us spend 8–12 hours a day in front of screens, our sensory worlds have narrowed - bringing with them rising levels of anxiety and disconnection.

This talk explores how Neuroaesthetics offers a vital counterbalance: a return to rich, embodied sensory experiences through immersive experiences, sensory wellness, and movement. We’ll look at how engaging the full sensory system not only supports growth and longevity through neuroplasticity but also rebuilds the foundations for social connection, emotional regulation, and collective healing. During the session, we’ll capture a brain recording of the audience as they listen to music - bringing science and experience together in real time.

Note: Our reserved seats have now all been taken – thank you for the great interest! But not to worry: we always keep a number of seats available for spontaneous guests. So even without a reservation, you’re very welcome to come along. And if you’d like to be notified when a spot opens up, you can sign up for our waiting list.
