Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion, where inspiring female leaders from across the globe will explore Female Leadership from a global perspective.

In this 90-minute session, six dynamic women from academia will share their unique insights and experiences on navigating the complex challenges faced by women striving to reach the top — from confronting gender biases and inequalities to overcoming stereotypes and career development barriers.

The panelists are part of the Female Science Talents Intensive Track career programme, representing different regions of the world, especially the Global South. Together, they will provide first-hand perspectives on the struggles of balancing work-life demands and offer inspiring solutions to support career growth. 

Through a blend of presentations and interactive dialogue with the audience, this session invites participants to be part of a global conversation on how we can collectively support and empower female leaders. Whether you’re interested in leadership, gender equity, or simply learning from diverse perspectives, this event offers valuable insights and practical solutions.
