Because of his unique background, all of Matteo’s workshops are characterised by a strong focus on intercultural issues and diversity (gender, cultural, etc.). Additionally, all of Matteo’s workshop include – after the group session on the first day of the workshop – a significant tailor-made component for individual coaching sessions on the second day of the workshop. Such an approach allows participants to save time (attending one day of the workshop working in a group) while maximising their learning potential (through a dedicated one-to-one session on the second day of the workshop). Matteo has over 15 years of professional experience working as a trainer as part of the Impulsplus network.
