Martha Leticia Vázquez González

Dr. Martha Leticia Vázquez González is an Industrial Chemical Engineer from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), Mexico. She holds a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; a Master's Degree and a Ph.D in Research, Development and Control of Medicines graduating cum laude from the University of Barcelona. With over twenty years of leadership experience across academia, research, and the dermopharmaceutical industry, she has led multidisciplinary initiatives in R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, innovation, and sustainability.

As Secretary for Research and Graduate Studies at IPN, she oversees the institution's research and graduate education agenda, strengthening research excellence, graduate training, scientific communication, research networks, and knowledge transfer while promoting collaborative research initiatives that address national priorities and global challenges.
