Head of the Working Group Health Policy and Systems Research and Innovation (WG HPSRI) at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. For more than ten years, her research has focused on applying health policy and systems research to primary care innovation through systems thinking and the integration of natural and social science methodologies. She has secured more than €9 million in competitive research funding and currently leads four projects developing solutions through interprofessional and intersectoral collaboration. She also holds leadership roles in DNVF IHSR and EUPHA–HSR.

PD Dr. Dini has focused her research work for more than ten years on applying policy and systems research to primary care practice innovation through system thinking approach and bridging of natural and social science methodologies. She has obtained research grants of more than 9 Mio Euro from the German Joint Federal Committee, the German Ministry of Health and the European Commission (Horizon Europe). She currently leads four research projects to find solutions based on interprofessional and intersectoral collaboration. Dr. Dini is the Chair of the Working Group International Health Services Research of the German Network for Healthcare Research (DNVF IHSR), President of the Health Services Research section and Strategic Advisor to the Executive Council and the President of the European Association for Public Health (EUPHA – HSR).
