Jorge Enrique Caballero Hernández

Professor Caballero Hernández is a multidisciplinary physician whose work bridges clinical medicine, forensic psychology, and public health leadership. A surgeon and specialist in Integrated Medicine, he holds a Master’s degree in Clinical, Legal, and Forensic Psychology and is currently a SECIHTI-funded PhD candidate in Medical and Biological Sciences.

He served on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic and later assumed strategic leadership roles in Internal Medicine, Patient Care, and Statistical Planning at ISSSTE. He now coordinates Teaching and Research at Hospital Presidente Juárez, lectures at the university level, and publishes internationally. His commitment extends beyond institutions through volunteer medical care for indigenous communities with Fundación Causa Primera.
