Dr. Francisco Porras

Dr. Francisco Porras is a full-time professor and research fellow at the Mora Research Institute in Mexico City. He holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick (UK) and is a specialist in governance theories and the 2030 Agenda of Sustainable Development.
