Dr. Angélica Cuapio currently leads the Scientific Cooperation Section at the Embassy of Mexico in Germany, where she promotes Mexico–Germany collaboration across academic, governmental, and innovation ecosystems.

Trained as a scientist in immunology, her professional trajectory has increasingly focused on scientific cooperation, internationalization, and science diplomacy. She has also worked as a scientific consultant on international collaboration strategies and serves as an expert evaluator for European Commission research projects.
