Ana Martínez Hernández

Molecular biologist, geneticist, and group leader with over a decade of experience in academia and the pharmaceutical industry. She leads the Spatial Transcriptomics and Expression Profiling platforms at Evotec International GmbH, supporting drug discovery through advanced molecular profiling.

Previously, at the Max Planck Institute and the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases, Dr. Martinez Hernandez contributed to therapeutic programs for neurodegenerative diseases.

Dr. Martinez Hernandez earned her PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and Georg-August University Göttingen, and an Honours B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph, Canada.
