Dr. Alicia Pérez Saturnino is a molecular and developmental biologist who moved from research into product management at Springer Nature. She later became Strategy Officer at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL). Drawing on her own non-linear career, she is now building SciBloom, a career platform that helps researchers find careers that fit the work they enjoy and see which of their skills carry over.
