As a Berlin Science Week partner, your event is part of a citywide campaign designed to make science visible, exciting, and inspiring. We work hard to promote the festival as a whole, but the strongest impact comes when Berlin Science Week and partners show up together.
We encourage you to use the promotional materials and copy provided across your own channels. All assets are available for download here. Use them early, use them often; they connect your event to the wider festival and signal to your audience that something unmissable is happening.

Logoset
Download our logos for use across your communications materials.
Making science visible across the city is a shared effort. As a Berlin Science Week partner, displaying our logo in your communications is part of your partnership agreement, and it benefits your event, too. It signals to audiences that your event is part of something bigger and connects your work to the wider citywide campaign.
Our logo is the most recognisable element of Berlin Science Week's visual identity. A little care goes a long way in keeping it looking its best across all partner communications.
When using our logo, please:
- Co-brand clearly: When using partner logos alongside the Berlin Science Week logo, give each identity equal prominence and adequate spacing. Avoid placing the Berlin Science Week logo inside another organisation's lockup or combining marks into a single graphic.
- Give it room to breathe: Keep the area around the logo clear. Don't place the logo too close to other text, images, or the edge of a frame.
- Use it as it is: Please don't stretch, rotate, recolour, or rearrange the logo. We've provided a version that should work for every situation.
- Make sure it's readable: Place the logo on backgrounds where it stands out clearly. We have a white version for dark backgrounds, and a black one for lighter backgrounds.
- Always write our name out in full: We're Berlin Science Week, not BSW, not the Science Week, not BSW 2026. Writing the name in full keeps the festival recognisable across all channels.
