Anita Waltho

Anita assists the Berlin Science Week team with partner and programme management, and impact evaluation. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and is working towards a Master’s in Science Communication. Fueled by her motivation to connect research and society, she trains researchers in science communication and manages two public engagement series, one centering women in science and the other combining science with comedy. In her free time, you can find Anita on stage, spreading joy through improvised comedy and choir singing.
