Tuğçe Aral, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Potsdam. Her research focuses on understanding the role of multiple social ecologies (e.g., family, school, and society) in young people’s development. She co-hosts the (Re)searching Diversity Podcast expanding stories about who can be a researcher by increasing the visibility of inspiring social scientists and research on migration-related diversity.
