Neliza Bacani-Tabi

Neliza Bacani-Tabi is a graduate student at Palawan State University and currently serves as the Field Coordinator for ZooMap Philippines, a project funded by the Volkswagen Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Palawan State University and is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). With over 10 years of hands-on experience in community development, paralegal work, advocacy, and project coordination and management, she possesses a deep understanding of the legal frameworks and policy issues surrounding community development projects. She is dedicated to promoting environmental conservation and to recognizing and protecting human rights, cultural rights, and the right to sustainable development.
