Solar Atelier: Where Does the Sunlight Go?

We invite you to notice and experience solar energy, from its effects on plants and drying clothes to its transformations within human-made technologies. Through conversation, presentations, creative activities, and small experiments, we will move between indoors and outdoors, gathering impressions and ideas from our surroundings, with some detours into science fiction and utopia. Drawing on these observations, along with a selection of books and articles, we will create a collective zine. Different editorial styles and forms of visual and textual storytelling will be introduced and explored. The resulting publication may continue its life beyond the workshop as a small print edition.

Workshop includes a mix of seated indoor activities and briefly walking outdoors. Individual participation in activities is flexible.
