Every year, ten pieces of real, peer-reviewed research win an Ig Nobel Prize for achievements that make people laugh, then make them think. 

Marc Abrahams, who founded the prize in 1991 and still runs it, brings Ig Nobel laureates on stage to tell their own stories — what they actually studied, how the idea started, and what happened once the world found out.
