Discourse on Green Chemistry: Interactive Pitch Competition

Unlock a world where science meets sustainability! We warmly invite you to this event, where the scientific publisher Wiley and the Berlin chemistry innovation ecosystem greenCHEM will host a showcase of cutting-edge chemistry innovations in the form of a pitching slam. 

Here, our pre-selected finalists will present for a non-expert audience, new technologies, materials, and sustainable solutions with positive impact potential for human health and the environment. The audience will then vote alongside an expert panel for the best pitch. Designed to captivate and inform, each presentation is tailored for both the curious layperson and the discerning expert, ensuring an engaging experience for all attendees.

Following the pitches, light refreshments will be provided. The audience, pitchers, and panel members are invited to share their perspectives in interactive group discussions.  Together, we will navigate the pressing questions of our time: How does innovation catalyze the evolution of chemistry? And how does green chemistry become the cornerstone of a sustainable society?

From S-Bahn Warschauer Straße: Cross the bridge south on the left side until you reach the subway station U-Bahn Warschauer Straße. Continue south until you reach an underpass, then turn left through the underpass to continue to Rotherstraße. You will find us in the inner courtyard of Rotherstraße 21. Wiley’s offices are on the 3rd floor. There is a zero-barrier entry and elevator for those with mobility issues.
