Celebrating Excellence in Social Science: A.SK 2025, Insights on Trade, Inequality and Globalization
WZB Berlin Social Science Center
Endowed with 75,000 euros, The A.SK Social Science Award is one of the world’s largest in the social sciences. In addition, a "Bright Mind Award" will be presented to younger social scientists with a prize sum of 20,000 euros. Both awards honor research on public policy with a focus on economic and governmental reforms. The festive award ceremony to honor Pinelopi Koujianou Goldberg will take place on November 5, 2025 at WZB Social Science Center Berlin.

- Laudation by Jörg Kukies, former Federal Minister of Finances
- Award presentation by Dorothea Kübler, WZB Director and Head of A.SK Commission
- Acceptance speech by Pinelopi Koujianou Goldberg
The evening will be moderated by Jutta Allmendinger, A.SK Commission Member.
Music by Kenneth Berkel (piano) and Denise Felsecker (mezzo-soprano).
