Violette Pezier is an architect and co-founder of Station Hyphae, an applied research lab and pilot production unit dedicated to mycelium in architecture and design, as well as Les Nouvelles Coordonnées, a cooperative third-place. Her graduate research focused on bio-based biodiversity walls, developing mycelium and agricultural substrate composites, and she contributed to a biodiversity wall project at APHP Hôpital Saint-Antoine with Chartier Dalix. Specialised in bio-based building materials and reuse, she now acts as Scientific Mediator for the Fungal Futur workshop, guiding participants through the science and craft of growing myco-material objects.
