Natalia Jiménez

Future Architect, Systems Thinker & Freedom Builder.

Natalia is a future architect and one of the most influential voices at the intersection of technology, impact, and female leadership in Latin America.

As the co-founder of Lulo X, she transformed it from a spin-off of Colombia’s first fully digital bank into a fintech recognized for its innovation, inclusion, and regenerative vision — proving that technology can serve life, not the other way around.

Today she leads XAIA, a systems-thinking lab and neo-consulting firm where collective intelligence, exponential strategy, and regeneration converge to redesign what’s possible. Her mission: to build companies that grow through consciousness, not extraction.

Natalia is also the founder of Women of the Future, a global community that empowers women to lead with purpose, curiosity, and compassion in the age of AI. Through mentorships, talks, and workshops, she is rewriting the narrative of female leadership — one that is ethical, empathetic, and radically human.

With global experience across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and a background in exponential transformation and conscious leadership, her approach blends purpose and precision, empathy and execution. She has been recognized by KPMG, AWS, Forbes, and Laboratoria, awarded with iF Design Awards, the STEM Inspiration Award, and listed among the Top 10 Women CEOs in Latin America.

Her philosophy encapsulates her way of living:

“Wealth is not money — it’s freedom, purpose, and shared impact.”

“The future is not digital — it’s profoundly human.”
