Joschka Fischer

Joschka Fischer was Foreign Minister and Vice Chancellor of the German Federal Republic from 1998 to 2005. He previously served as deputy prime minister and (twice as) minister for the environment and energy in Hessen.  He was a member of the German Bundestag from 1994 to 2006. He has been a professor at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and works as a consultant and speaker on geopolitical issues.
