With a background in physics and a PhD from the University of Geneva, João has long been dedicated to making quantum concepts accessible beyond the lab. In 2019, he created |Hop>, a board game designed to demystify quantum physics through play, which established his reputation for blending science with creativity. At Moth, his mission continues: finding simple, elegant solutions to complex problems. He spearheaded the development of Quantum Brush and designed multiple novel brush effects that bring quantum phenomena into the realm of digital art.
