Franziska Fritzsche works at GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, where she works as a project manager for Base4NFDI initiative. As part of the Base4NFDI Office, she is responsible for monitoring of the project progress, reporting, evaluation, and public relations for Base4NFDI, contributing to the coordination and continuous improvement of basic services within NFDI. She holds a degree in Classical Archaeology, complemented by minors in Psychology and Ethnology, which fostered her enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration and research.
Franziska has been active within the NFDI since 2020. Initially, she contributed to the coordination of NFDI4Culture, drawing upon her background in the humanities to bridge diverse academic communities. Her work is dedicated to advancing FAIR principles in research data management across Germany.
