Alisa Goikhman

Alisa Goikhman is a design lecturer and a practitioner who has worked on emerging technologies in industry and academia. Goikhman's work has been exhibited at group exhibitions, festivals, and conferences worldwide. Her doctoral research at TU Berlin, titled "Navigating Foreign Foodscapes: Designerly Inquiries into the Sustainable Adaptation of Foreign Foods," explores embodied cognition and HCI in More-than-Human Food Relations, and migration in the context of food system transformation. Methodologically, she is interested in the potential of Research through Design and relational Epistemologies to facilitate interdisciplinary research in sustainable transformation and food sciences.
